I think the whale movie was even (4 maybe?), though I must confess I’ve only seen 3-4 of the older Star Trek movies. That was not one of them.

Tell Dana she’ll love 500 Days of Summer, but she can’t see it if she doesn’t watch the last Indy movie (which was not good, but still enjoyable). Or just send back Indy and put it back in your queue later.

Dana and I are both fans of Zooey Deschanel. Dana even has the CD she put out a while back, and it’s pretty good. But then I love everyone in the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy movie, just because they were in it. And we liked her in Tin Man. I’ve been wanting to see 500 Days of Summer since I heard about it, but I can’t get Dana to sit down and watch the last Indiana Jones movie so we can send it back and get our next movie (I think I moved it to the top of the queue a while ago).

I liked the Star Trek movie, but I wasn’t as crazy about it as most people seem to have been. As far as the previous movies go, there is the odd number rule which pretty much holds: odd numbered Star Trek movies are good, the even numbered ones are pretty lame. This doesn’t take into account the last 4 or 5 when they stopped numbering them, since I lost track at that point where they would be in the numbering.

Yes, scary in a psychological way, which is what good horror movies should do. The alternate ending was better, more appropriate. And that’s all I’m gonna say about that…

I’ve never seen the rest of the Star Trek movies, so that one got to be my first. Now Mark wants to go back and watch every single one of the old ones. I’m game.

Star Trek ia AWESOME. I’ve seen it 3 times. Gaby loves it, too, though she calls it Star Track. She also calls Star Wars, “Star Wers” and it runs together with the stress on the first word so it sounds like STARwers. She’s a lot cuter than I’ll ever be.

You’re up early on a Sunday morning. We definitely want to see the new Star Trek movie, not sure when, but I’m pretty sure Paranormal Activity is NOT on the list. Was it scary? Creepy?
